Loan lines
Book, borrower, out date, due date.
Community libraries in Ulaanbaatar and Darkhan lend from donated shelves. Every loan is a line, so nothing goes missing when a volunteer moves on.
Each loan written
Book, borrower, date out and due date sit on one line.
Initialled returns
The volunteer's initials close the line when a book comes back.
Duty list of late books
Overdue titles stay listed until returned or marked lost.
