Readers and volunteers ask.
Is borrowing free?
Yes. Lost books get a reason and a replacement note, nothing more.
Who sees what I borrowed?
You and the volunteers on duty at your branch.
When is a book marked lost?
After two volunteers review it; the entry remains visible.
